3) Order Processing

Orders placed Mon–Fri are usually processed within 1 business day.

All parcels are trackable.

If you haven’t received your parcel within the expected timeframe, email perthpadelshop@gmail.com with your order number.

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday (public holidays excluded). If no one is available, the courier may leave in a safe place or take it to a collection point.

7) Damaged, Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost, contact perthpadelshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue quickly.

Please keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is finalised.
8) Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can re-ship (additional postage applies) or refund the product price less original shipping once the item is returned to us in resalable condition.

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page and/or in your order confirmation. Your order will ship once all items are in stock unless you request split shipping (additional fees may apply).
