The name Cuera
The name Cuera® is a tribute to the late Enrique Corcuera who invented the game of padel in 1969. Our vision is to manifest his legacy through our product offerings and inspire our community with the rich padel heritage Enrique brought with him from Acapulco, Mexico.

We are proud to have achieved 97% of all Cuera products being produced with either recycled, organic or partly sustainable materials. But we know this is just the start of our journey and want to increase to 100% in the next year. We also want to look holistically at our business environmental impact and also explore/provide sustainable shipping options. We will be transparent about our ESG impact and will share our progress with our WPC and the rest of the world.
We design our products in collaboration with professional Padel players, to ensure the best performance at the most critical moments in a game. We also use the most advanced technologies for fabrics to unlock player potential at every moment on the court.
